About Us
Sammy's Country Wagon is a log cabin food truck based in Amsterdam, NY. For the past 12 years, we have been serving the capital district with delicious food tailored to every occasion including weddings, engagements, rehearsal dinners, bridal/baby showers, graduations, retirements, birthdays, celebrations of life, school functions, employee/customer appreciations and more. We offer a variety of catering options including on-site cooking with the food truck, buffet service or drop off.
Food Truck Catering: We offer on-site catering in the form of ala carte straight from the food truck. Your guests would simply walk up to the order window, place their order from the menu of your choice then grab their food at the pick up window.
Buffet Catering: We'll set up a buffet line for your guests to make their own plate, while we keep the chafers hot and full of food so you don't have to worry about a thing!
Drop Off: Place your food order from our Catering Menu and we will drop it off to your party!
